THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE NO. 80-26 AUTHORIZING <br />THE CHANGE FROM C-1 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO R-1 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />AS REQUESTED BY JAMES T.
