JUN 181990 43 PACE 772 <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT THOUGHT THE BOARD WAS GETTING INTO AN AREA <br />WHERE THEY DO NOT BELONG. at' <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS SUGGESTED THE BOARD HOLD BACK MAKING A <br />DECISION UNTIL THE OTHER PARTIES HAVE RELEASED THE EASEMENT, AND THEN <br />LET THE BOARD PROCEED. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMIS— <br />SIONER WODTKE, THAT THE BOARD DELAY ACTION ON THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW US THAT THE REST OF THE LAND <br />OWNERS IN THIS PRIVATE SUBDIVISION HAVE AGREED TO THE EASEMENT RELEASE. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS REPORTED IT IS CONFINED TO THE PEOPLE ON <br />THE PLAT AND IT APPEARS TO INCLUDE NINE BLOCKS. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT SUGGESTED THIS BE REFERRED TO STAFF SO THEY <br />CAN COME BACK TO THE BOARD WITH THEIR FINDINGS. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS WITHDREW HIS MOTION, AND COMMISSIONER <br />WODTKE WITHDREW HIS SECOND. <br />COMMISSIONER DEESON INQUIRED IF THE BOARD DOES NOT RELEASE <br />THE EASEMENT, CAN THE BUILDING BE BUILT ON ONE LOT, AND MR. MARSH <br />ANSWERED AFFIRMATIVELY. <br />DISCUSSION CONTINUED CONCERNING THIS COMPLEX PROBLEM. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />WODTkE, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED TO CONTINUE THIS ITEM UNTIL THE <br />NEXT MEETING AND HAVE STAFF COME BACK WITH A RECOMMENDATION. <br />THE BOARD NEXT CONSIDERED THE FOLLOWING MEMORANDUM REGARDING <br />A REQUEST TO REMOVE RUMBLE STRIPS AT THE INTERSECTION OF 27TH AVENUE <br />AND OSLO ROAD; <br />36 <br />
