ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING LETTER FROM <br />FRANK ZORC, PRESIDENT OF ST. FRANCIS MANOR: <br />Mr. Jack Jennings, Administrator <br />Indian River County <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Dear Mr. Jennings: <br />On behalf of the board of directors of St. Francis Manor, <br />I am requesting the county to offer an occasional service <br />to the Manor be grading the entrance road to the Manor. <br />The road referred to begins immediately east of the St. <br />Francis Manor bridge from 20th Avenue, and runs approximat- <br />ely 500 feet north to a parking area. <br />This road is located on land which is still owned by In- <br />dian River County. I have noticed the county grader <br />occasionally does other work within a few blocks, and <br />would appreciate very much that consideration be given of <br />an occasional grading of this roadway. IT IS ON <br />COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY: APPARENTLY WAS PUT IN YEARS AGO: HAS A LIMEROCK <br />BASE; AND IS IN VERY POOR CONDITION. HE NOTED THAT THE PROBLEM IS <br />IF YOU GO IN THERE WITH THE GRADER, YOU WILL ROLL UP THE ASPHALT THAT <br />IS THERE; SO, YOU WILL EITHER TO GRADE IT OFF OR IMPROVE IT. <br />69 eooA 43.
