Jennings, County Administrator <br />Indian River County Courthouse <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Dear Mr. Jennings: <br />As you know, I will be retiring as Sheriff of Indian River County <br />at the end of my present term. <br />In use at present, is an all steel building which was built by me <br />at no expense to the county located over by the Sheriff's Department <br />Headquarters on 17th Avenue. <br />This building is being used in conjunction with our Automotive Main- <br />tenance department to store very expensive tools and equipment used <br />by our maintenance mechanic. This building is 12' X 12% and is 7' 811 <br />high, and has been in use by this department for a period of eleven <br />years. It is in excellent condition. <br />I would very much appreciate the Board of County Commissioners consider <br />Purchasing this building for continued use by the Sheriff's Department, <br />and feel that a price of $750.00 to be fair and equitable. I will be <br />happy to go with them to look at the building and location. <br />I will deeply appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience <br />on this matter, and if there are any questions regarding this matter, <br />please feel free to contact me. <br />our , <br />.
