satisfactory performance, zero cost increase, vendor <br />acceptance and the determination that renewal of this <br />annual contract is in the best interest of Indian River <br />County, all as recommended in the memorandum of <br />September 5, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br />7.N.PR–NCAB <br /> ROGRESS EPORT EW OUNTY DMINISTRATION UILDINGS <br />NEOC <br />AND EW MERGENCY PERATIONS ENTER <br /> <br />Commissioner Bowden sought clarification of language/terminology in the <br />Schedule (page 103, Progress Report) that reads, “ … may require a modest time extension, at least <br />a provisional time extension.” <br /> <br />Project Manger Steve Blum explained there are always concerns at the end of a job <br />where things might get out of sequence hence the possibility of a request for time extension. <br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Bowden, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Davis, to approve staff’s <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the date of completion. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Motion <br />carried unanimously.
