He inquired if this was a change of use for the <br />property. <br />Director Boling explained that this is a special exception use request that will only <br />affect a small portion of the site and there are criteria to be met. <br /> <br />John Connoly, , <br />Grove IsleSt. John’s parishioner, spoke of cell phone radiation and <br />its effects on his heart/pacemaker. <br />Trista Patton <br />, Parishioner of St. John’s, was aware of the need for coverage but <br />opposed the tower out of concern for her young child who attends St. John’s.
