<br />Chairman Lowther announced that the Board would be taking a 5-minute break at <br />least every hour and a half due to the closed captioning now available for the meetings. He also <br />requested hearing Items 9.B.1., 10., and 9.A.3. before Item 9.A.1. <br />County Attorney Collins advised that there would be an attorney-client session held <br />at 11:30 a.m. or as soon as possible after that time to discuss settlement proposals with respect to <br />MGD Development of Florida II, LLC v. Indian River County. (Item 12.) <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowden, the Board unanimously made the <br />requested changes to the agenda. <br /> <br />5. PROCLAMATION DESIGNATING SEPTEMBER 19-23, 2005 <br />AS INDUSTRY APPRECIATION WEEK <br />Don Loftus <br />Chairman Lowther read the proclamation and presented it to who <br />thanked the Board for the recognition and efforts of all involved in helping businesses get back to <br />where they are now. <br /> <br />6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />None. <br /> <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Chairman Lowther pulled item 7.D.
