ON MOTION by Commissioner Lowther, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowden, the Board unanimously approved <br />the dollar amount ($31,594,558) and adopted Resolution <br />No. 2006-131 amending the County Budget Officer’s <br />estimates of receipts other than taxes and of balances to be <br />brought forward for fiscal year 2006-2007 and adopted a <br />final budget for the Indian River County General Purpose <br />Municipal Service Taxing Unit. <br /> <br />3. TF <br />RANSPORTATION UND <br />County Administrator Baird announced the proposed budget of $18,119,253. There <br />is no millage rate. <br /> <br />Chairman Neuberger opened the floor to public comment.
