COMMISSIONER LYONS THEN AMENDED HIS MOTION TO ASK THAT THE <br />AD HOC COMMITTEE MAKE A RECOMMENDATION FOR THE CONSULTANT, UPON <br />RECEIVING CONCURRENCE FROM THE LIBRARY BOARD EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, <br />WHICH WOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE COUNTY COMMISSION, <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ABOUT THE TIME LIMIT, AND ABOUT THE <br />SCOPE OF WORK. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE SUGGESTED APPLYING FOR THE FUNDS, AND <br />IF THEY ARE OBTAINED, THEN GET THE CONSULTANT. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS FELT THE MOTION WOULD DIE IF THERE WAS <br />NO MONEY. HE ADDED THAT SOMEBODY HAS TO DECIDE WHAT THE CONSULTANT <br />WILL D0; HIS MOTION CONTEMPLATED THE FACT THAT THEY MUST CHOOSE THE <br />CONSULTANT, THE STUDY, AND USE THE $3,000 - THEY ALL GO TOGETHER, <br />MR.
