SHE ADVISED THAT THE COMMERCIAL
RATE IS NOT INVOLVED IN THE RATE INCREASE REQUEST, MS. BOSSONG INFORMED
THE BOARD INDIAN RIVER SANITATION HAS APPROXIMATELY 725 RESIDENTIAL
AND 75 COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS.
CHAIRMAN SIEBERT INTERJECTED THAT THE NOTICE OF THE CONTINUATION
OF THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS MADE AT THE PRIOR MEETING, AS REFLECTED IN
THE MINUTES OF JUNE 18, 1980,
THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYONE PRESENT WHO WISHED
TO BE HEARD. THERE WERE NONE.
ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER Loy,
THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING.
DISCUSSION ENSUED, AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE LAST RATE
INCREASE WAS RECEIVED IN 1977, AND IN 1978 FOR THE SANITARY LANDFILL.
JUL 91980 9 Boa 44 PAGE 09
