11.L1 DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT -13TH STREET SW BETWEEN <br />43" AND 58TH AVENUES' PAVING AND RIGHT -OF WAY <br />ACOUISITION - FOUR LAKES SUBDIVISION - LAKE <br />HOLDINGS, LLC <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Developer's Agreement for Four Lakes Subdivision. The <br />County cost is approximately $21,923.68 and the Developer's <br />cost is $133,000 plus pole relocation and stormwater storage <br />costs, as recommended by staff (Alternative 1). <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN <br />THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />11.I.2. ANSLEY PARK SUBDIVISION DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT <br />- NORTH SIDE OF 13TH STREET SW TO 27TH AVENUE - <br />SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS - AMENDMENT NO. 1 - <br />SHOWCASE DESIGNER HOMES, L.C. (SAN GEORGE <br />CONTRACTING, INC.
