<br />THE KIWANIS CLUB TO PROCEED WITH THE BIKE PATH; AUTHORIZED THE
<br />ADMINISTRATOR TO WORK WITH THE CLUB; HAVE THE COUNTY BE INCLUDED IN
<br />THE INSURANCE; AND UPON COMPLETION AND INSPECTION, HAVE THE COUNTY
<br />ACCEPT THE BIKE PATH,

<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, has tentatively ap-
<br />proved the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />on the west side of Kings Highway between
<br />73rd Street and 69th Street in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to -wit, said land lying and
<br />being in Indian River County,
<br />Tract 9, Section 5, Township 32 South, Range
<br />39 East; and
<br />The East 10.9 acres of Tract 15 and all of
<br />Tract 16 EXCEPT the East 198 feet of the West
<br />205.5 feet of the South 355 feet of said Tract 16,

<br />and
