ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION 80-70 AUTHORIZING <br />THE KIWANIS CLUB TO PROCEED WITH THE BIKE PATH; AUTHORIZED THE <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO WORK WITH THE CLUB; HAVE THE COUNTY BE INCLUDED IN <br />THE INSURANCE; AND UPON COMPLETION AND INSPECTION, HAVE THE COUNTY <br />ACCEPT THE BIKE PATH, <br />COMPLETED, <br />RESOLUTION 80-70 WILL BE MADE A PART OF THE MINUTES WHEN <br />THE HOUR OF 9:00 O'CLOCK A.M.
