8.E. TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY OF COMPLETING SIDEWALKS IN OAK <br />HOLLOW ESTATES SUBDIVISION FROM DEVELOPER TO POA <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute the Agreement for <br />the Transfer of Responsibility of Required Improvements <br />between Dileco Development, LLC and the Oak Hollow <br />Estates Subdivision Property Owners Association, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of September 9, 2008. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.F. CORRECTIONS TO RESOLUTION 2008-116 CONCERNING RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY ACQUISITION <br />Commissioner O'Bryan related that he had pulled this item, in order to allow <br />public comment, if anyone wished to speak on this matter. There were no speakers. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously <br />approved Resolution 2008-139, amending policies for <br />acquisition of right-of-way for road expansion and <br />improvement projects previously set out in Resolution No. <br />2007-027 and 2008-116. <br />7 <br />September 16, 2008 <br />
