ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />Work Order No. 11 for the lump sum fee of $13,273.30, <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute said Work Order, <br />as recommended in the memorandum of August 28, 2008. <br />WORK ORDER IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.R.
