District. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2003-111 amending the County Budget <br />Officer=s estimates of receipts other than taxes and of balances <br />to be brought forward for FY 2003-2004 and adopting a final <br />budget for the Emergency Services District (In the amount of <br />$21,083,543). <br />S.A.S. ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE <br />ACOUISITION BOND <br />: y <br />Administrator Chandler announced the total proposed budget for this year is <br />$2,412,680, which contains a decrease of $193,922. The proposed millage rate is .2344, a <br />decrease of 17.4% below the current rate. It is not subject to rollback. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter.
