MARSH POINTED OUT THAT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT DOES NOT <br />HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO WAIVE THE HALF ROADS IN LIEU OF THE BRIDGE; <br />AND CHAIRMAN SIEBERT STATED THAT THE BOARD IS TELLING THEM NOT TO. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. IT WAS VOTED ON <br />AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br />IENTATIVE APPROVAL OF WEST LAKE PARK SUBDIVISION - REJECTED <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ASKED IF THE PLAT THE BOARD HAS BEFORE <br />THEM MEETS THE SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS. <br />SENIOR PLANNER MARSH STATED THAT IT DID WITH THE EXCEPTION <br />OF THE ITEMS SET OUT IN THE FOLLOWING MEMO FROM PLANNER RENNA, WHO <br />HAS SINCE LEFT THE EMPLOY OF THE COUNTY: <br />July 23, 1980 <br />MEMO <br />TO: Jack Jennings, County Administrator <br />FROM: `Vickie Renna, Planner <br />SUBJECT: West Lake Park Subdivision <br />West Lake Park Subdivision is tentatively being presented before <br />the Board of County Commissioners at the request of the developer <br />after two Technical Review Committee meetings (as shown'by.the <br />included minutes). The developer has to make the following changes; <br />1) Dimension and scale the lots so they calculate out <br />to 1/2 acre. <br />2) Indicate 70' lot line (for lots 3 and 4) minimum width <br />for R-1 zoning." <br />3) Change a drafting error along 2nd Street. <br />These changes have been made on the plan and initialed by the developer; <br />however, these changes have to be made on the original and changed before <br />the final plat will be accepted. <br />MR. MARSH INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THIS SUBDIVISION HAS <br />BEEN THROUGH THE TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE TWICE AND HAS NOW BEEN <br />IN-HOUSE QUITE SOME TIME. <br />THE DEVELOPER INSISTED IT BE PUT ON <br />
