MR. MCCOLLUM ADVISED THE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY WOULD COST $10,000. HE ADDED THAT A TOPOGRAPHIC MAP WOULD <br />NOT BE SUFFICIENT AS THEY HAVE TO USE A CERTAIN SCALE PHOTOGRAPH AND <br />QUALITY, WHICH IS STANDARDIZED THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. <br />THE BOARD ALL AGREED THAT THIS SURVEY SHOULD BE DONE BUT <br />THE PROBLEM IS MONEY. <br />MR. CARTER ADVISED THAT ONCE THE COUNTY GIVES HIM THE <br />APPROVAL, THEY ARE AT LEAST FIVE YEARS AWAY FROM GETTING THE SURVEY <br />PUBLISHED. HE ADDED IT WOULD PROBABLY BE THE FIRST OF OCTOBER, 1981 <br />BEFORE THE SURVEY STAFF IS AVAILABLE, AS COUNTIES ALL OVER THE STATE <br />ARE CONSIDERING HAVING THIS DONE. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS THOUGHT THAT THE LONGER THIS IS PUT OFF, <br />THE WORSE THE SITUATION IS GOING TO GET; THE COUNTY IS BEING SUBJECT <br />TO GREATER DEVELOPMENT PRESSURE. <br />$18,000 IN ORDER TO GET STARTED. <br />HE FELT THE BOARD MUST FIND THE <br />COMMISSIONER LOY ASKED MR.
