Bea Gardner, Vice Chair of the City of Vero Beach Recreation Commission, <br />advised the Board and the speakers to be careful of duplicating their programs. Ms. <br />Gardner voiced that Vero Beach has some facilities that might work, and wanted Mr. <br />Hewett to meet with the City's Recreation Commission. <br />Vice Chair Wheeler announced the Board's CONSENSUS to move forward, hand <br />in hand with the other agencies. <br />Mr. Hewett was optimistic that the Boys and Girls Club could get together with <br />other appropriate groups, work things out, and return to the Board with a plan benefiting all <br />concerned. <br />6. APPROVAL OF WARRANTS —AUGUST 31, 2007 — SEPTEMBER 6, 2007 <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />the list of Warrants as issued by the Clerk to the Board for <br />August 31, 2007 to September 6, 2007, as requested in the <br />memorandum of September 6, 2007. <br />7.B.
