the Children's Services Advisory Committee Funding <br />Contract to be executed by agencies that were approved for <br />funding for the 2007-2008 funding year at the Final Budget <br />Hearing on September 12, 2007. <br />The Board also authorized the Chairman to execute each <br />completed Children's Services Advisory Committee <br />Contract for Agency Funding, using the approved form as <br />prepared by staff in accordance with the report approved at <br />the Final Budget Hearing on September 12, 2007, as <br />requested in the memorandum of September 12, 2007. <br />7.P. PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND <br />PERMITTING OF 17TH LANE S.W. FROM 27111AVENUEEAST <br />APPROXIMATELY 900 LF <br />Chairman Wheeler asked for a more detailed explanation as to why they needed to <br />redesign the intersection at 17th Lane SW & 27th Avenue, for the Falcon Trace Subdivision. <br />County Engineer Chris Kafer, through his memorandum of September 10, 2007, <br />provided details on this project, which is a continuation of roadway improvements from <br />17th Lane SW from 27th Avenue to the entrance of the Falcon Trace Subdivision. Mr. <br />Kafer disclosed that since a portion of 17th Lane was designed for Sunrise Subdivision, <br />which has abandoned their plat, the design is no longer in accordance with its original <br />intent. He explained that since Masteller & Moler, Inc. had prepared the original <br />drawings for the Sunrise Subdivision, it would be best for them to redesign that section to <br />September 18, 2007 17 <br />
