Florida Statutes and County regulations granting authority <br />to the County Administrator to make the specific decision <br />of the methods to be used for such disposal, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of September 12, 2007. <br />7.V. APPROVAL OF BID AWARD AND SAMPLE AGREEMENT FOR IRC BID <br />#2007083, 27TH DRIVE NORTH OF 41.11 STREET WATER ASSESSMENT, <br />UTILITIES DEPARTMENT <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />the bid be awarded to Timothy Rose Contracting, Inc. as <br />the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder meeting <br />the specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid. The <br />Board also approved the Sample Agreement and authorized <br />the Chairman to execute same, when required performance <br />and payment bonds have been submitted along with <br />appropriate Certificate of Insurance, and the County <br />Attorney has approved the agreement as to form <br />and legal sufficiency, as recommended in the memorandum <br />of September 7, 2007. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />7.W.
