The Commissioners agreed that they wanted a legal opinion on whether or not <br />bond dollars could be utilized in the process of TDR's. Chairman Wheeler preferred to <br />have the item brought back at a future meeting. However, Vice Chair Bowden and <br />Commissioner Davis wanted a legal opinion before the upcoming October 2, 2007 <br />Agricultural Advisory Committee (AAC) meeting, at which TDR's would be discussed. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />obtaining a legal opinion from Bond Counsel regarding <br />whether or not bond dollars could be utilized in a Transfer <br />of Development Rights (TDR) process. <br />9.A.2.
