See Item 9.A.1. for complete <br />details). <br />10. COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S MATTERS <br />10.A. COMMITTEE MINUTES <br />Assistant County Administrator Michael Zito explained that support -staff <br />minute -taking responsibilities were being reviewed as a result of Board direction to the <br />County Administrator at the September 5, 2007 meeting. Recapping his memorandum of <br />September 12, 2007, Mr. Zito explained that this item had resulted from a restructuring of <br />the County Commission office staff He reminded the Board that on May 8, 2007, the <br />Board had voted to move to cursory minutes, or that which is minimally required by law. <br />He noted that the next step would be to determine how to distribute the workload among <br />staff. <br />County Webmaster Scott Johnson demonstrated to the Board a new software <br />technology that would streamline the minute -taking process. He explained how a time <br />stamp could be entered into the agenda to facilitate pinpointing a specific part of a Board or <br />September 18, 2007 35 <br />
