County Initiated Request To Amend The Transportation <br />Element Of The Comprehensive Plan (Legislative) <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR PUBLIC HEARING IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br /> MPO Staff Director Phillip Matson used a PowerPoint Presentation pointing out this was a <br />County initiated request to update the Comprehensive Plan for consistency with the 2030 Long <br />Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), and to update the Roadway Improvement Project Listings. He <br />related that the substantial change in circumstances for updating the 2030 LRTP that occurred in <br />December of 2005 generated this request to amend the Comprehensive Plan. The original plans <br />thrdth <br />were changed to four-lane 27 Avenue (Oslo to SR 60) and 43 Avenue (Oslo to 16 Street) with <br />a landscape median.
