<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board <br />Resolution 2006-145 <br />unanimously approved <br />certifying “as built” costs for installation of water <br />th <br />service to Carll Heights subdivision (6 Place West <br />th <br />of 27 Avenue) in Indian River County, Florida, and <br />such other construction necessitated by such project: <br />providing for formal completion date, and date for <br />payment without penalty and interest. <br /> <br />12. COUNTY ATTORNEY <br />12.A. Attorney-Client Session <br /> <br />Clerk’s Note: This item was heard after Item 14.C.2. At 12:55 p.m. the Chairman announced <br />that the Board would retreat to the County Attorney’s Conference Room to conduct the Attorney <br />Client Session. <br /> <br />Assistant County Attorney Marian Fell read into the record the Attorney-Client Session <br />scheduled at 1:00 p.m. It was estimated the session would last one half hour. Those in attendance <br />were Arthur R. Neuberger, Gary C. Wheeler, Wesley S. Davis, Thomas S. Lowther, Sandra L. <br />Bowden, William K. DeBraal, Joseph A. Baird, John K. Shubin (outside counsel, via <br />teleconference), and a Court Reporter Deborah McMennis. <br /> <br />The Board returned to the Chambers at 1:28 p.m., and the Chairman closed the Attorney-Client <br />Session and adjourned the regular meeting of the Board. <br /> <br />September 19, 2006 <br />31 <br /> <br />
