September 2, 2003 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, September 2, 2003 at <br />10:32 a.m. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Caroline D. Ginn, Vice Chairman; and <br />Commissioners Fran B. Adams, Thomas S. Lowther and Arthur R. Neuberger. Also present <br />were James Chandler, County Administrator; William G. Collins, II, County Attorney; and <br />Maria L Suesz, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />14.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MAY 6, 2003 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of May 6, 2003. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Ginn, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes of the Meeting of <br />May 6, 2003, as written. <br />14.C.2. APPOINTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL <br />OFFICER - MS. CHERYL DUNN <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Ginn, the Board unanimously appointed Ms. Cheryl Dunn as <br />Environmental Health Director for the Indian River County Health <br />Department, as recommended by staff. <br />SEPTEMBER 2, 2003 <br />1 <br />E.C.B. <br />
