<br /> <br /> <br />ACISL <br />UTHORIZATION TO ALL RREVOCABLE TANDBY ETTER OF <br />CNSM203748W–S-ME <br />REDIT UMBER IXONTH XTENSION <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2004-101 declaring default by Windsor <br />Properties, a Florida General Partnership, in its obligation <br />to complete required improvements to Windsor Plat 25 <br />P.D., and authorized staff to make sight draft against <br />Wachovia Bank NA’s Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit <br />No. SM203748W dated June 20, 2003; and authorized an <br />extension to the contract for construction of required <br />improvements for a period of up to 6 months, provided that <br />acceptable financial security is delivered to the County <br />Attorney’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 21, <br />2004. If acceptable security is in place by that time, staff <br />will not call the existing letter of credit. <br /> <br />9.B.1.
