Her telephone <br />service was just restored on Sunday evening. She thought downed power poles and lines might be <br />the reason why restoration of service was flagging behind the other utilities. She suggested writing <br />a letter to BellSouth that we did not see catastrophe teams like the electrical utility trucks.
