RESOLUTION NO. 80-80 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, have been requested to release the lot line easements <br />on the southeast five (5) feet of lot 10, and the northwest five (5) feet <br />of lot 9, Block 3, ROSELAND GARDENS according to the Plat of same recorded <br />in Plat Book 8, page 25, of the Public Records of Indian River County., <br />Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of <br />ROSELAND GARDENS for public utility purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been submitted <br />in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the public rights on the following <br />common lot line easements in ROSELAND GARDENS, shall be released, abandoned <br />and vacated as follows: <br />Those common side lot easements lying between lots 9 and 10, <br />Block 3, ROSELAND GARDENS, a subdivision as recorded in Plat <br />Book 8, page 25, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they hereby are <br />authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line easements <br />hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing in the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 13thday of August , 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLO IDA <br />By: � <br />W.
