MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Flescher, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, to approve <br />Alternative 2 — Proceed with directing staff (or County <br />contractors) to enter onto the subject property and mow <br />the overgrown weeds. <br />There was consensus from the Board that the grass be <br />double -mowed, and left in a pristine condition. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION. The Board <br />unanimously approved Alternative 2, authorizing the <br />County's employees, servants, agents, or contractors to <br />enter upon the Vista Golf, LLC property within Vista <br />Gardens at all reasonable times, and to take whatever <br />action is necessary to abate the nuisance as described, with <br />costs of the abatement to be recorded as a lien against the <br />subject property, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />September 10, 2009. <br />I2.A.3.
