FOR INTERSECTION <br />TH <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AT 66 <br />ST <br />AVENUE AND 41 STREET <br /> <br />Commissioner Wheeler asked whether the contracts would overlap or we will have <br />to go through this process every time the County would like to build a bridge. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis explained the County is using two consultants at <br />this time and this company can be used for other bridges. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />(by a 4-0 vote Chairman Lowther absent) the agreement <br />with Arcadis G & M, Inc. and Addendum No. 1 with <br />Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. as written, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of August 29, 2005. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS ARE ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br />11.J.1.
