TF <br />RANSPORTATION UND <br />County Administrator Baird gave details about the transportation fund budget and <br />explained the increases. <br />Chairman Lowther commented on intersection labeling on roads that he saw in <br />Gulfport after Hurricane Katrina and how it was of great help to out of town post-hurricane help. <br />He asked if we are working on that here, and County Administrator Baird responded that he had <br />talked with Traffic Engineering and that labeling would be part of striping and paving monies. <br />SEPTEMBER 7, 2005 8 <br /> <br />
