of 4-0, Commissioner Bowden absent) adopted the <br />tentative millage of 0.1789 for the Environmentally <br />Sensitive Land Acquisition Bond fund. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously (by a vote <br />of 4-0, Commissioner Bowden absent) adopted the <br />tentative budget of $2,445,071 for the Environmentally <br />Sensitive Land Acquisition Bond fund. <br /> <br />6. LAB–2004R <br /> <br />AND CQUISITION ONDS EFERENDUM <br />County Administrator Baird recounted that we will not be instituting the bond issue <br />this years and, therefore, there will be 0 millage on the tax bills. <br /> <br />7. A <br />GGREGATE <br />Chairman Lowther read into the record the aggregate proposed millage rate is <br />5.9809 and that no action is required. <br /> <br />6. SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT BUDGET (NON-AD <br />VALOREM SPECIAL DISTRICT) <br /> <br />A.
