REQUEST TO SPEAK FROM DEBBIE CROSS REGARDING FLOODING OF <br />MYPROPERTYDUE TO NO DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />Debbie Cross, 8350 130th Avenue, Fellsmere, conveyed the difficulties she was <br />experiencing on her property due to the lack of adequate drainage. <br />Assistant Public Works Director Chris Mora showed an aerial of Ms. Cross's property, <br />and acknowledged that it was located in a flood prone, low-lying area. <br />25 <br />September 8, 2009 <br />
