Commissioner O'Bryan highlighted the need to understand that this is for fiscal <br />year 2008-2009 and they are still a month away; and there are additional SHIP funds available <br />now, to anyone applying for these funds in 2008-2009, even if it takes a month or two to get <br />HOME funds. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a 4- <br />1 vote (Commissioner O'Bryan opposed), the Board <br />approved leaving the $694,926.00 in the SHIP <br />Program and to not bring it into the Habitat funds at <br />this time. <br />8.N.
