HE STATED THAT THIS <br />PARK DEDICATION IS LIMITED TO FIVE ACRES AND HE WOULD LIKE THE MINUTES <br />TO REFLECT THAT THE BOARD IS DEDICATING, THIS PROPERTY FOREVER FOR <br />RECREATION PURPOSES UNLESS REPEALED BY REFERENDUM. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS, COMMISSIONER WODTKE HAVING LEFT THE MEETING, THE BOARD EVIDENCED <br />THEIR INTENT TO DEDICATE THE FIVE ACRES OF COUNTY PROPERTY ADJACENT <br />TO THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DEDICATION, <br />TO THE PUBLIC IN PERPETUITY FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, UNLESS <br />REPEALED BY REFERENDUM, AND APPROVED SAID DEDICATION. <br />
