SHE <br />BELIEVED THAT HALF THE BARN IS ALSO INCLUDED. <br />FINANCE OFFICER BARTON CONFIRMED THAT $50,000 IS ALLOCATED <br />FOR HALF THE BARN FOR ROAD & BRIDGE. <br />COMMISSIONER Loy STATED THAT THERE IS APPROXIMATELY $284,000 <br />IN FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FOR ROAD & BRIDGE, AND MR. BARTON AGREED. <br />THE ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR ASKED IF THAT INCLUDES THE <br />TRAFFIC LIGHTS, AND THE FINANCE OFFICER EXPLAINED THAT THE $66,000 <br />FOR THE THREE TRAFFIC LIGHTS IS INCLUDED UNDER THE TRANSPORTATION FUND <br />BECAUSE THESE LIGHTS ARE ALL ON THE CONNECTOR ROAD SYSTEM. ROAD & <br />BRIDGE ACTUALLY TOTALS ABOUT $350,000. ROAD MATERIALS ARE IN THE <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE FUND UNDER ROAD & BRIDGE DEPT. <br />IN FURTHER DISCUSSION, THE BOARD DID NOT HAVE ANY OTHER CHANGE <br />FOR FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING, AND THE FINANCE OFFICER STATED THAT HE <br />WILL PROCEED WITH HIS ADVERTISING. <br />FINANCE OFFICER BARTON REPORTED THAT HE HAS MET WITH CITY <br />FINANCE DIRECTOR TOM NASON.,AND THEY WENT OVER THE MILLAGES THAT WILL <br />' BE NECESSARY TO FUND THE SOUTH COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT. THE PROPOSED <br />MILLAGE IS 2.37591, WHICH IS LESS THAN THE 2.45 WHICH HAS BEEN TALKED <br />ABOUT TO THE PUBLIC. THAT IS BASED ON A TOTAL ASSESSMENT OF <br />$971,492,045. <br />MR4- NASON NOTED THAT THIS MILLAGE INCLUDES COLLECTION FEES <br />AND ALSO INCLUDES THE REVENUE ANTICIPATED FROM THE WEST DISTRICT. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ASKED IF IT ANTICIPATES THE $12,000 PAYMENT <br />TO THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES, AND HE WAS INFORMED THAT IT DOES <br />NOT AT THIS TIME. FINANCE OFFICER BARTON NOTED THERE IS A SMALL <br />RESERVE AND HE DID NOT FEEL THERE IS ANY PROBLEM. <br />
