AGREEMENT FOR 8.P. ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.Q. APPROVAL OF 2010/2011 STATE FUNDED SUBGRANT AGREEMENT TO <br />UPDATE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY'S HAZARDS ANALYSIS <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />the 2010/2011 State -Funded Subgrant Agreement with the <br />State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management, and <br />accepted the funding provided in the agreement, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of September 13, 2010. <br />AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.R. RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT WITH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FAIR <br />ASSOCIATION FOR USE OF COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS <br />Commissioner Davis disclosed that as a Board member of the Indian River County Fair <br />Association, he would abstain from voting on this item. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner <br />Davis recused himself), the Board approved and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Agreement with <br />Indian River County Fair Association, Inc., as <br />recommended in the memorandum of September 28, 2010. <br />12 <br />October 5, 2010 <br />
