action: <br />to CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District requirements; <br />by providing for repeal of conflicting provisions; <br />codification; severability; and effective date. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Solari, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Flescher, to grant Buildex, <br />Inc.'s appeal of the Planning & Zoning Commission's <br />rezoning denial, and to approve the request to rezone the <br />subject property from PRO, Professional Office District, <br />to CN, Neighborhood Commercial District. <br />The Chairman invited further comments. The Board: (1) granted <br />Buildex, Inc.'s appeal of the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission's denial of its request to rezone ± 2.17 acres <br />from PRO to CN; and (2) adopted Ordinance 2010-018, <br />amending the Zoning Ordinance and the accompanying <br />Zoning Map for ± 2.17 acres located at the northwest <br />quadrant of SR 60 and 74th Avenue, from PRO, <br />Professional Office District, to CN, Neighborhood <br />Commercial District; and providing codification; <br />severability; and effective date. <br />The Chairman called a break at 12:23 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 1:15 p.m. with <br />all members present. <br />21 <br />October 5, 2010 <br />
