BARTON <br />Clerk to the Board <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />October 5, 2010 <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, October 5, 2010. <br />Present were Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Bob Solari, and Commissioners <br />Wesley S. Davis, Joseph E. Flescher, and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney Alan S. Polackwich, Sr., and Deputy Clerk <br />Maureen Gelfo. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 2:37 p.m. <br />15.A.1. APPROVAL OF LEASE AMENDMENT FOR FIRE STATION #2 BOAT DOCK <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Flescher, to approve staff's <br />recommendation. <br />October 5, 2010/ESD 1 <br />
