RESOLUTION NO. 80-91 <br />WHEREAS, VAN BERGEN & HENDRY ADDITION TO ROSELAND, <br />a Subdivision filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in <br />Plat Book 3, page 39, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida, contains, on the Plat, avenues numbers Two through <br />Five, and <br />WHEREAS, the above avenues located continguous to <br />Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the subdivision are not compatible <br />with Indian River County's grid system for street numbering, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />Van Bergen & Hendry Addition To Roseland, a subdivision <br />recorded in Plat Book 3, page 39, Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida, is hereby designated with new street <br />names to conform with the county's overall grid and street <br />numbering system as follows: <br />Avenue Two is designated 77th Court. <br />Avenue Three is designated 77th Terrace. <br />Avenue Four is designated 77th Drive. <br />Avenue Five is designated 77th Way. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution <br />shall be mailed to each existing structure within the sub- <br />division, the Planning Department shall write an appropriate <br />cover letter to each homeowner, a copy of this Resolution shall <br />be recorded in the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and a notation shall be made on the original Plat in <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County's office <br />referencing the redesignation of avenue names. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMM SSIONERS OF <br />INDWCOT' , �'L I <br />By <br />Wert, Jr., a rman <br />ATTEST: <br />,�-g "i , u))� �aiv <br />Freda Wright, Clerk <br />Adopted September 10, 1980 <br />IBoor 44' PACE 703 <br />SEP 2 4 1981 <br />
