<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN .that the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian=
<br />River County, Florida, has tentatively ap-
<br />proved the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:-
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated

<br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REVER APPROACHED THE BOARD AND ADVISED
<br />THAT THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1-1/2 MILES SOUTH
<br />OF S.R. 510, EAST AND WEST OF A -1—A, AND NORTH OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES;
<br />IT CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 30 ACRES. HE ADDED THAT THE APPLICATION
<br />IS IN ORDER AND HAS BEEN HEARD BEFORE THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
<br />AND THEY RECOMMENDED DENIAL OF THE REQUEST, ON A VOTE OF 3 TO 1.
