OUT OF COUNTY TRAVEL TO ATTEND SOUTHEAST RECYCLING <br />CONFERENCE <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />out of County travel for the County Administrator to <br />attend the Southeast Recycling (SERC) Conference in <br />Destin, Florida, from Sunday, March 7, 2010 through <br />Wednesday, March 10, 2010, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of February 10, 2010. <br />9. REQUEST TO SPEAK FROM BRIAN HEADY REGARDING UPDATE ON <br />LATEST DEVELOPMENTS REGARDING VERO BEACH ELECTRIC UTILITY <br />Citizen/Councilmember Brian Heady, addressed the Board on the latest developments <br />regarding Vero Beach Electric Utility. He reported that on April 7, 2008, the Consultant of <br />Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) had transmitted a redacted copy of the document to City <br />Hall. He voiced concern that the City of Vero Beach could not produce a copy of the un - <br />redacted document that Councilmembers said they reviewed in early April 2008. He said that <br />City Attorney Charles Vitunac had told him he could see the document, only under conditions <br />13 <br />February 16, 2010 <br />
