BARTON <br />Clerk to the Board <br />February 18, 2010 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />ECONOMIC/GOAL SUMMIT II <br />FEBRUARY 18, 2010 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met in a Public <br />Workshop at the Sebastian City Council Chambers, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida, on <br />Thursday, February 18, 2010 to discuss in Part I, Economic Development within the County, <br />and in Part II, Goals for the County. Present were County Board Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, <br />Vice Chairman Bob Solari, and Commissioners Wesley S. Davis, Joseph E. Flescher, and Gary <br />C. Wheeler. Also in attendance was Deputy Clerk Maureen Gelfo. <br />Present for the County were also Community Development Director Bob Keating and <br />Planning Director Stan Boling, with County Administrator Joseph A.
