8.N. INDIAN RIVER FARMS PERMIT <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Solari, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Indian River Farms permit with Indian River Farms <br />Water Control District, and authorized the payment of the <br />$2,595.00 annual fee, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of January 27, 2010. <br />PERMIT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.0. APPROVAL OF A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF THE CONTRACT WITH THE <br />HEVERON GROUP, INC., D/B/A/BEACHLAND CLEANING SERVICES FOR <br />CUSTODIAL SERVICES <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Solari, the Board unanimously approved a <br />one year extension as allowed for in the Contract with the <br />Heveron Group, Inc., d/b/a Beachland Cleaning Services, <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute the Agreement as <br />prepared and approved by the County Attorney's Office, <br />and executed by the Contractor, subject to the acceptance <br />of insurance certificates by the Risk Manager. After this <br />extension the annual contract will have one additional one <br />(1) year period available subject to vendor acceptance, <br />satisfactory performance, and staff's determination that a <br />renewal would be in the best interest of the County, all as <br />recommended in the memorandum of January 27, 2010. <br />15 <br />February 2, 2010 <br />
