RATE RESOLUTION <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 2010-014, amending Resolution No. 2009- <br />129, which adopted rates, fees, and charges for the <br />Department of Utility Services, amending the reclaimed <br />water rate per one thousand (1,000) gallons and creating a <br />one time dump fee for sludge and septage for recreation <br />vehicles. First by amending the reclaimed water — per <br />1,000 gallons from $0.15 to $0.60 and to be increased <br />annually for four years beginning on the anniversary date <br />of this Resolution by $0.07 per thousand gallons. <br />Thereby, creating rates annually of $0.60 per thousand <br />gallons, $0.67 per thousand gallons, $0.74 per thousand <br />gallons, $0.81 per thousand gallons, and ending $0.88 per <br />thousand; and creating a one time dump fee per <br />recreational vehicle for septage and sludge of $10.00 per <br />dump. <br />12.15.
