He <br />provided history, described the parcels, and spoke about the criteria used in staff's analysis. <br />Discussion ensued regarding prior Motions that dealt with 86th Street right-of-way and <br />easements, and the criteria for expanding a commercial node, and contract zoning. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing. <br />17 <br />March 23, 2010 <br />
