OCT 71980 Boa ` 44 PACE775 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-3 <br />WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the SOUTH INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT held a public hearing on the 7th day of <br />October, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the SOUTH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT <br />was established pursuant to Indian River County Ordinance <br />80-32, as amended by Indian River County Ordinance 80-36; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Governing Body at the public hearing, after <br />proper notice and explanations of the millage and the reasons <br />for the rate established and after public questionings and <br />input, desires to establish the millage for the upcoming fiscal <br />year 1980-81; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT that the Governing Body sets the millage <br />for said District at 2.37591 mills. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 7th day <br />of October, 1980. <br />Attest: <br />ecretary &ZZeputy Clerk <br />SOUTH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FIRE <br />DISTRICT <br />By <br />Cha an <br />
