RESOLUTION NO. 80-107 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COPiMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the WEST INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />MUNICIPAL FIRE UNIT, held a public hearing on the 7th day of <br />October, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the WEST INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MUNICIPAL FIRE UNIT <br />was established pursuant to Indian River County Ordinance 80-25; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Board at the public hearing, after proper <br />notice and explanations of the millage and the reasons for the <br />rate established and after public questionings and input, desires <br />to establish millage for the upcoming fiscal year 1980-81; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby sets the millage for said Unit at 0.38229 mills. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 7th day <br />of October, 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORI A <br />By <br />WE lar W iebert, Jr. airman <br />Attest: <br />Freda Wright; Clerk <br />C <br />BOOK 44 PAGE 79Z x <br />OCT 71990 <br />L <br />
