r <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-108 <br />WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,on behalf of the WEST INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE FIRE UNIT, has held a public hearing at 5:01 P.M. <br />on October 7, 1980 for the purpose of adopting a budget for the <br />Unit for the fiscal year 1980-81, said Unit was adopted by Indian <br />River County Ordinance 80-25; and <br />WHEREAS, the millage for said Unit has previously been <br />approved; and <br />WHEREAS, the final budget is adopted based on the interim <br />roll; and <br />WHEREAS, said hearing was noticed by publication and the <br />needs of the Unit discussed in open forum; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />budget is adopted for the WEST INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MUNICIPAL SERVICE <br />FIRE UNIT FOR 1980-81: <br />1. ESTIMATED RECEIPTS & BALANCES <br />Ad Valorem Taxes $ 29,412.00 <br />Less: 5% per F.S. 129.01(2)(b) 1,471.00 <br />TOTAL ESTIMATED RECEIPTS & BALANCES $ 27,941.00 <br />2.
