RESOLUTION NO. 80-109 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the SOUTH BEACH MUNICIPAL <br />SERVICE WATER UNIT, held a public hearing on the 7th day of <br />October, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the SOUTH BEACH MUNICIPAL SERVICE WATER UNIT <br />was established pursuant to Indian River County Ordinance <br />78-42; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board at the public hearing, after proper <br />notice and explanations of the millage and the reasons for the <br />rate established and after public questionings and input, desires <br />to establish millage for the upcoming fiscal year 1980-81; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby sets the millage for said Unit at 2.50202 mills. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 7th day <br />of October, 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By —A&La& <br />Willard/W.
